Pharmacy Morning Closure

The Klamath Tribal Pharmacy will be CLOSED the mornings of Thursday, December 14th & Friday, December 15th, 2023.
We will be conducting the Annual Fiscal Pharmacy Inventory.

Two Day (Temporary) Pharmacy Hours:
Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023 & Friday, Dec. 15, 2023
Open in the afternoon from 1:00pm – 4:00pm Only
Closure will not affect Medical or Dental on these two days. Normal office hours (7:30am – 4:00pm) will resume for Pharmacy on Monday, Dec. 18th.
